Slender yet durable fixed window

Klas1 fixed windows are exceptionally slender; the frame thickness from the edge to the daylight opening—the edge of the actual window glass—is only 43 millimeters. Thanks to non-finger-jointed solid pine, selected timber, a rigid laminated structure, and finger joints at the corners, the structure remains extremely rigid and durable.   • Frame: 110, 130, 170, 210 mm quality class A 1-2. Glued from 2–3 parts. D400/F moisture-resistant adhesive
  • Glazing: 4 mm float glass. With 2K and 3K insulating glass units. Spacer: TPS or SS spacer (thermoplastic spacer or super spacer, black), clear aluminum, or painted white aluminum
  • Sealing: silicone + gasket
  • Surface treatment (wood): Teknos Aquatop, standard white NCS 0502, translucent stain + lacquer, lacquer
  • Surface treatment (aluminum): Powder coating
  • Aluminum profiles: Alloy AW-6060-T5, surface quality class C

Additional features for Meka/TL windows

  • Insect screen: Aluminum grille structure
  • Hardware MEK: Pivot hinges, Hoppe Tokyo handle, Scanfinn multi-point lock
  • Trim: Wood, quality class A 1, specially sorted pine.
