Custom Joinery Doors
- Door opening size: 9–10×21 and 9–10×23. We also manufacture custom sizes by agreement.
- Door frame: 52/72×120 mm
- Door core: 54×100 mm
- Sealing and thermal insulation: Rebated door structure, double gasket, 50 mm urethane board as insulation (door U-value < 1.0).
- Surface cladding: Knot-free pine paneling 15×80 STS or 15×160 STS. Also available in oak.
- Surface treatment: Translucent wood preservative Teknos Woodex 1830 brown, 1826 bluish gray, or Tikkurila Lumo 5060 white translucent. Other shades by agreement
- Threshold: Lacquered oak
- Hinges: Anti-jemmy, three-way adjustable hinge (Otlav).
- Lock case: Abloy LC100 or equivalent; provisions for electric locks also available if needed.
- Surface hardware: Not included in standard delivery, but supplied by agreement if required.
- Window glazing: Insulating glass Selective+argon (M1: 2K6-18, M2–4: 3K4-12, M5–7: 3K4-12 tempered).
- Warranty: Structural warranty 2 years, straightness warranty 10 years.
